Our thesis

We started by automating the SDR workflow because it's the most repetitive function in a modern sales team. We extended to recruiting because the shape of the work is the same: list-clean, draft, qualify, hand off to a human for the conversation. We'll keep extending to wherever the busywork is.

We sell as a managed service — not "build it and disappear" — because AI workflows rot the moment your product changes name, a new vertical comes in, or your team's tone shifts. The monthly review cadence is the product, not a separate maintenance contract you'll be surprised by.

And we always design the human-handoff path on day one — because agents that don't know when to ask for help are the ones that churn.

Honest scope

What we won't sell you.

A "won't do" list builds more trust than a longer "will do" list. These are the deals we walk away from.

We won't sell the replacement pitch

The humans on your team own the relationships, the judgment, and the trust. The agent makes them faster; it doesn't replace them. Anyone selling otherwise is selling you a churn problem.

We won't ship a fully autonomous external-facing agent

Humans stay in control of anything irreversible — sending real emails, booking external meetings, pushing to production systems. The agent prepares; the human approves.

We won't take work that doesn't fit

If your volume is too low for a managed service, we'll say so on the discovery call and point you at a simpler tool. We'd rather lose the deal than build something that rots in 3 months.
